Hello, my name is Sam Schupak and I am currently a data science & statistics student at Binghamton University. I am completing the accelerated MS program, so I will be graduating with my Bachelor's in data science & statistics in December 2026, and graduating with my MS in the same field in December 2027. I'm based in the NY Metro area and I am a lifelong hockey fan (go Devils!) and in my free time I enjoy exploring nature and delving into sports analytics to discover the stories behind the data. On this site I will post some projects and general thoughts around analytics.
Skills and Experience
This past summer I interned as a data analyst for the State of Maine's Secretary of State Department. I am experienced in R, Python, and SQL and regularly use them in the classroom, in personal projects, and in the workplace.
